In an attempt to keep our prices and maintenance time low, the following policies have been implemented. Conference room is available for an additional charge. Children under the age of 13 must be supervised during events. The following may incur additional charges: Alcohol is served or available at an event; outside food is brought in for an event; more than 40 people will attend an event; certain types of events; other. Please note that dates cannot be held unless the security/damage deposit is paid in full. Full event balance must be paid at least four weeks in advance of the event unless a payment arrangement is made. Thank you for visiting!
